Sample development with quality assurance

Samples are developed under continuous oversight by our specialists. We test against defined criteria and evaluate using our own scoring system. Every iteration is documented to keep results reproducible. Once approved, each leather receives our Klümpen Leather-Certificate Consistent, traceable, and ready for series production.

Sample approval & pilot batch

After your approval, we run a controlled pilot batch to verify process stability and results under series-like conditions. Our QC team follows the batch from tanning to final inspection. If deviations occur, we loop back into sample development with targeted adjustments until outcome and specification match precisely.

Series transfer & volume planning

We scale the approved leather to your required volumes and timeline using clear batch logic, traceability, and defined inspection criteria. Quality remains stable even with growth or seasonal peaks.
